Nania Returns as P&HCC Head Baseball Coach

Martinsville, VA -- Brandon Nania is returning to lead the Patrick & Henry Community College (P&HCC) Patriots Baseball program as Head Coach for the 2026-2027 season. 

"I'm incredibly excited to return home to Patrick & Henry. The Patriots baseball program has built a tradition of excellence both on the field and in the classroom, and I'm honored to have the opportunity to lead the next chapter. Our goal is to continue developing outstanding student-athletes, compete for championships, and build a program that our players, alumni, and community can be proud of. I look forward to continuing the pursuit of a national championship while investing in the growth of every player who wears the Patriots uniform," said Nania.

A former Patriot himself, Nania returned to P&H as an assistant coach for the 2021 Region 10 Championship team before serving as head coach for four seasons. He returns to P&HCC this year after a season coaching at Radford University. Under Nania's leadership, the Pats were 2024 Region 10 West Division Champions, were ranked as high as No. 9 nationally (NJCAA), consistently ranked among the Top 10 nationally in player transfers to NCAA Division I & II programs, and were three-time Patrick & Henry Community College Athletics Community Service Award recipient. Coach Nania led 16 All-Region selections including Co-Defensive Player of the Year (2025), Region 10 Player of the Year (2025), 2 NJCAA All-Americans, 1 Rawlings Gold Glove Award winner (2025), and JBB 2-Way Player of the Year (2025).
